Shorts MUST be 15 MINUTES AND UNDER unless previously discussed with Below the Line prior to submission.

Filmmaker or affiliate MUST be present at Below the Line screening

Filmmakers must be from Kentucky or have previously discussed ties to the Kentucky Film Community to screen a project.
